"Barely notice when she moves now"
Barely feel my wife turning over anymore. Been sleeping way better since we got it, with a lot fewer wake-ups during the night.

"Medium firm ended up being the right call"
I was kind of tired of all the mattress shopping, quizzes, emails, and “recommended for you” stuff by the time I ordered this, but the medium firm option actually matched what the quiz said. It’s supportive without feeling hard or stiff. Took me a night or two to settle into it, but now it feels just right.

"Pretty sure I’m sleeping better"
I’ve had my Helix mattress for a few weeks now, and I think it’s made a noticeable difference. It’s soft and comfy, but somehow still feels supportive on my back, which was the thing I was most unsure about before ordering. I don’t seem to wake up as much during the night anymore, so I’m not saying it’s magic, but I’m definitely sleeping better than I was. So far, I’m really happy with it.

"Took a little time, but it worked out"
I was hopeful about the mattress at first and gave it a few weeks to see if I’d adjust to it. The delivery and setup were fine, and nothing was really wrong with it exactly, it just didn’t end up being the right fit for how I sleep. When I finally decided to return it, customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. The pickup did take longer than I would’ve liked, which was a bit annoying, but the refund came through without any drama. Overall, it was a decent experience, just with a little waiting involved.

"Edges Feel Really Sturdy"
I’ve sat right on the edge a bunch of times and it doesn’t dip or sag at all. Feels solid and supportive, which I really like.

Not gonna lie, I’ve been using this for a few months now and it still feels really sturdy. No signs of it wearing down or getting flimsy so far, so I’m happy with it.

I bought the Helix mainly because I was trying to reduce the chances of waking up overheated every night. It’s definitely an improvement over my old mattress, so I don’t regret switching, but I wouldn’t say it completely solved the problem. Some nights I sleep comfortably, and other nights I still wake up a little sweaty, which was disappointing given the price. The comfort level is good and setting it up was simple, but if you’re really sensitive to sleeping hot like I am, I’d be careful expecting the cooling to be a total fix

"Really helped with my hips and back"
I’ve been using this it’s made a noticeable difference. My hips and back feel much better supported, and there’s a lot less pressure than before. If you’re dealing with similar discomfort, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

"Delivery and setup went smooth"
The box showed up right on time, and getting it set up was easy... easier than I expected. The mattress expanded quickly, and we were able to sleep on it that same night. No issues so far
